Barrowby School is situated at the top of Church Street, and adjacent to All Saints' Church. The school was founded in 1851, and opened for its first pupils in 1852.
Over the years, new buildings have enhanced the facilities that we offer our children, with a full range of modern facilities. You can see more of our school by taking the School Tour.
Outside, we are fortunate to have extensive grounds, with beautiful views over the Vale of Belvoir.
We have a Wildlife Area and Storytelling Circle, a 'Cabbage Patch' vegetable garden, Key Stage 1 Sensory garden, and weaving loom. We use our grounds for a range of curricular and extracurricular activities.
We have achieved Eco School Silver status.
