Food Challenge

FOOD CHALLENGE!

The food we eat is hugely important for energy, to keep warm, and for growth and repair. We need many nutrients on a daily basis in order to stay healthy. (Check the 'Eatwell Guide') 

 

Whilst training for the marathon, I am needing to fuel my body for energy and help repair muscles after each run!
