However, if you are reporting a change to arrangements for the same day, we would advise you to telephone, if possible. If you don't get an acknowledgement of an email, please contact again, in case it has gone astray.
We aim to acknowledge letters/emails within three working days, however, depending on the nature of the enquiry, a full response may take a little longer.
