Mindfulness

During this strange and confusing time, it is so important to look after your minds too. Take some time each day to be still and quiet. Maybe use this time to write in a diary, or write a list of things you are thankful for. Have a go at some yoga, do some colouring or listen to a story.

**NEW** The Kinema in the Woods

The Kinema in the Woods is a cinema in Woodhall Spa in Lincolnshire. They have produced some activities for children to have a go at, which fits right in with our Lights, Camera, Action topic! Perhaps you could have a go at some of these whilst you are having a brain break or when you would like a bit of quiet time.
