Should your child need medication administering to your child/ren during school hours, please complete the: Parental Agreement for Medication to be administered to a child in school form. 

This can be requested from the school office: enquiries@barrowby.lincs.sch.uk. 

Please remember, it is the responsibility of the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) to ensure that all medication is in date, and to deliver and collect the medication directly to and from the school office.

Medication must not be brought to school by a child or placed in a child’s bag.
