Throughout this term we shall be travelling back in time, all the way to the Stone Age! Our learning will transport us through the three key eras of prehistoric Britain - the Stone, Bronze and Iron Ages.
We shall be discovering all about the first humans to arrive in Britain, and through our History work, discovering how they lived, what they ate and how technology and tools developed over time.

Our Church School Vision
At Barrowby Church of England Primary School we believe that:
As a Church school family, we strive for excellence, ensuring that we all feel happy, valued and loved. We aim to provide an exciting, innovative, and relevant curriculum that enables all to ‘shine’ and develop as creative, respectful and independent citizens. We seek to promote equal opportunities for all so that each individual is encouraged to achieve their full potential and become lifelong learners who can make a positive contribution to society.
Our classroom will embrace these following key values - Each value is linked to a Bible verse and story that demonstrates that particular value. (Can you think of times you have displayed these values?)
Including our school values are at the heart of everything we do;
